1. Introduction
This document sets out the Terms and Conditions between the users of the web-based software product "Find Cargo" located at https://findcargo.net, through its owner "TRANSPORT PLATFORM" EOOD.
2. Definitions
For the sake of brevity, in these Terms and Conditions is used the "website" or the "platform" instead of the web-based software product "Find Cargo". For the sake of brevity, the owner of the web-based software product "TRANSPORT PLATFORM" EOOD may be called "Find Cargo" or "findcargo.net".
3. Use of the platform
By visiting, registering and using the platform, the user agrees that he has acquainted himself with these Terms and Conditions, and through this action agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions. By visiting, registering and using the website, a legal agreement is reached between findcargo.net and the user, which obliges both parties to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

The conditions for the collection and processing of personal data by the website, which can be viewed here, are an integral part of this agreement.
5. Electronic messages
The user agrees to receive informational, advertising or other messages from findcargo.net, its partners or authorized third parties.
6. Technical support conditions
In order to use the services of the platform, the user must use a PC or a mobile device with Internet access. The user must have an uninterrupted network connection in order to use the "Locator" service in real time.
7. Admission to registration on the platform
Eligible for registration on the website are exclusively legal entities listed in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria, who are not subject of bankruptcy or winding-up proceedings and whose company shares and / or company capital are not pledged. For legal entities who are domiciled outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, documents for registrations and licenses shall be applied by the respective state body in charge for issuing them in the country of registration of the foreign legal entity. If necessary, findcargo.net has the right to require an apostille on the submitted documents from other countries. Findcargo.net has the right to require that copies of foreign-language documents submitted by users of the platform are legalized and translated by a sworn translator in Bulgarian.
8. Refusal of admission to registration "Find Cargo" reserves the right to refuse the registration of a user without giving reasons for its refusal.
9. Content and services
The platform provides unlimited access to the content and services of the website for all its users who are registered and have an approved account.
10. Restriction of service
“Find Cargo” reserves the right to restrict or delete a user profile at any time if it considers that the user has violated the current Terms and Conditions. "Find Cargo" reserves the right to restrict or delete a user profile at any time if it considers that a user exhibits malicious behavior, even if the latter is not explicitly described in these Terms and Conditions.
11. Definition of malicious behavior
The following are considered malicious behavior: attempts to overcome security systems on the website; attempts to retrieve data from the database using scripts; abuse of copyright; modification of data of a legal entity without warning; misuse of a third party username and password; providing access to a username and password to a person who is not a user of the platform; misuse of third party personal data; attempts to overload the platform's servers, as well as any other behavior designed to interfere with the normal operation of the website or harm the reputation of the platform or its users.
12. Responsibility for business transactions
"Find Cargo" assumes no responsibility for the quality and correctness of business transactions between third parties (users), which have been concluded by means of the services provided on the platform. The platform is not liable for any damages and / or lost profits resulting from the use of the website. "Find Cargo" assumes no responsibility for the resulting contractual relationships between the users of the platform.
13. Changes and updates
"Find Cargo" has the right to change, update or alter the functionality of the platform at any time, whereby the users will be duly notified about the updates in the section of the website here.
14. Accuracy of the published information
"Find Cargo" assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information published on the platform, both by users and third parties.
15. Copyright
"Find Cargo" has full copyright on the software. Any unauthorized copying of parts of the content, the graphic layout and / or database and / or other elements by third parties is punishable under the Bulgarian law.
16. Disputes and jurisdiction
In the event of disputes between “Find Cargo” and its users, a Dispute Resolution Policy will be applied through contracting and negotiation. If it is not possible to reach an agreement between the parties, all legal cases should be resolved by the competent court of the Republic of Bulgaria.
